Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will grant you total control over your mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mail box account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect email messages from one email account to another, create e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and defend your mailbox accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mail box accounts against junk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming email messages based on certain rules set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your mail accounts and define the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Just specify the email mailbox account you would like to redirect email messages from, then specify the target email mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your liking to access your email boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
